Girls day at home...

Kaylee and I had fun at home today. Grandma Jan went to see a friend out of town and will not return until Tuesday, so we just spent the day at home. I cleaned the house and baked a turkey. We watched Yo Gabba Gabba and danced to her disco cd.

Grandma Jan comes to visit...

Grandma Jan from California, came for a visit this week. We went shopping and out to eat. Kaylee really enjoyed seeing her again, since Grandma loves to read books. She brought Kaylee a bunch of books and Kaylee loves them all. Grandma even babysat for a couple of hours so Mark and I could run some errands.

Kaylee has another tooth coming in on the bottom. She has been quite fussy this week. As of today, she can suck out of a straw. YIPPEE!

Aunt Peggy came last weekend and we celebrated her Birthday at Outback Steakhouse.

The weather has been kind of crazy here, one day it is very cool and the next is very warm. Kaylee loves to go outside and play. We got her a tree swing and she really enjoys it.

Mothers Day...

I hope everyone had a very Happy Mothers Day. Mark, Dylan and Kaylee took me to Red Lobster for dinner and I got some beautiful flowers and cards. Mark gave me a homemade certificate for as many back rubs and foot masssages as I want for a year....I CAN'T WAIT!! LOL

Not a lot going on here, Kaylee is keeping me busy. She is talking like crazy, even though we don't understand what she is saying. Mark has been trying to level the ground so he can put the pool up and finish the deck. Dylan scored a goal at his soccer game this past Monday. We are so proud of him. His last game is next Wednesday.

Getting ready for summer...

Mark and his dad have finished the deck except the railing. Now Mark ahs started leveling the ground for the pool and then he will be able to build the rest of the deck onto the pool and add the railing. It is looking great! We hope to have a cook out this summer to celebrate.

Dylan loves playing soccer and is not looking forward to it ending.

Kaylee is growing like a weed. She is walking more than crawling now. She says "my mama" and she tries to say Dylan but it comes out as "nynan". When she sees her daddy, she will squeal with excitment. We are all just so in love with her. Kaylee loves the show, YO GABBA GABBA, she will dance, and wave her arms in the air. She really gets excited when she sees it come on. Kaylee is back in her room and has actually been doing pretty good. She is back to taking 2 naps a day and I think it has helped her sleep better at night. She still wakes up some, but with time, I know it will get better. I keep her lullaby music on all night, which seems to help. Here are some photos I took this week of our baby girl...
